This Privacy Policy explains how Plutone Web Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “Operator”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit duiphoenixlawyer.com (“the Site”) or contact us through the Site.

This Site is operated from Arizona and is intended for users in the United States, primarily Arizona. It is not directed at residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom and does not target users protected by GDPR or UK GDPR.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: Contact information you submit through forms or when you call (name, phone number, email, ZIP, and any description of your situation you choose to share). Any consent choices you indicate.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate location derived from IP. Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6). Call data: if you call a tracking number, we and our call-tracking provider may collect the number you called from, date/time, call duration, and, where disclosed, call recordings.

Information from third parties: Analytics providers (Google Analytics via Site Kit, Search Console). Advertising platforms (if running paid media). Call-tracking provider.

2. How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and route it to a Participating Attorney. To operate, secure, and improve the Site. To measure advertising performance. To comply with legal obligations (e.g., retaining consent records under the TCPA). To prevent fraud, abuse, and spam.

3. How we share information

We share contact information you submit with the Participating Attorney to whom your inquiry is routed. We may also share with: service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, call tracking, email delivery, backup, spam filtering); advertising and measurement partners (subject to Section 6); law enforcement when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. If you are a California resident, see Section 8.

4. How long we keep information

Form submissions and call records: up to 3 years. TCPA consent records: at least 5 years. Analytics data: per provider retention settings (typically 14 months).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use first-party and third-party cookies for essential site function, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can manage preferences through our cookie banner or browser settings. Third parties include: Google (Analytics, Search Console, Ads), Meta (Pixel), Microsoft (Clarity, Ads), and a call-tracking provider.

7. Your choices

8. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect; request deletion; request correction; opt out of sale or sharing of personal information; and not be discriminated against. 9. Children

The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days.
